Upper walls have exposed timber frame with herring-bone infill, the lower of flint with brick quoins and high plinth band. 1/2-hipped thatch roof, catslide at rear, eyebrow dormers. West front: 1 storey and attic, 3 windows. C20 casements, C20 1/2-timbered porch with a thatch roof, extended from the eaves of the main roof.
